Note according to §36 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG)

Under current law, both Stingl GmbH and Stingl Systems GmbH are obliged to inform consumers of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform, which can be used to settle disputes without having to involve a court. The European Commission is responsible for setting up the platform. You can find the European online dispute resolution platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

However, we are not obliged to take part in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board and have therefore decided against voluntary participation.
