Housing for governor tensioning weight pulley

Concept 1

 

Protection device consisting of perforated plates, to be attached to the shaft wall. In addition, the governor tensioning weight can optionally be monitored with a switch set.

 

Material:

galvanised steel perforated plate, 1.5 mm

mesh width of 10 x 10 mm

 

Dimensions:

can be used for rollers of between 200 mm and 400 mm

 

Delivery:

with incidentals for attachment to the wall.

 

Benefits:

- Prevention of accidents such as extremities or clothing becoming trapped

- Flexible use with different roller sizes

- In the case of roller sizes of up to 300 mm, the guard can also be used at high speeds

- Optional additional switch set for monitoring the tensioning weight, to be attached to the floor or wall

 

 

Concept 2

 

Protective device consisting of curved flat steel, two-part, with brush inserts that surround the rope and cover the rope run-up and run-down against falling objects. The fixing is directly on the axle bracket of the tensioning weight pulley.

 

Detailed information:

- Material: curved flat steel, two-part, galvanized steel 1,5 mm with brush insert

- Dimensions: can be used for rollers between 200 mm and 300 mm

- Delivery: without fixing material, there is no additional material required

- Protection of accidents caused by falling objects

- Flexible use with different roller sizes

- The cover swings with the roller

- Additional switch set for monitoring the tensioning weight, to be attached to the floor or wall
