ntelligent Stingl emergency power control with cabin light shut-off for various LED lighting concepts

 

The intelligent Stingl emergency power control in shape of a compact industrial housing, may optionally be added to cabin lights such as LED acrylic glass panels or LED slim panels and installed quickly and easily on the cabin roof.

 

Especially for existing systems it is thereby possible to save energy for cabin car lighting with emergency power control devoid of intervention in the elevator control.

 

Alternatively, via the elevator control or via an integrated, event-controlled lighting control (e. g. movement in the car), the on- and off-switching can be regulated directly in the lighting circuit. The intelligent emergency power control detects whether the light shutdown was intended or caused by a power failure. In the event of a power failure, the built-in 12 V or 24 V battery will provide the light source in the car with full output for up to 3 hours.

 

The integrated power adapter charges the battery even when the cabin light is switched off. A battery capacity signal may optionally be passed on to the elevator controller.

The power supply integrated in the Stingl emergency power control with a strongly reduced stand-by consumption monitors an insufficient rechargable battery capacity and thus reduces the maintenance effort. The signal to the battery capacity can optionally be passed on to the elevator control.

The Stingl emergency power control charges the used lead batteries of 12 - 24 VDC energy-consciously, even when the cabin light is switched off, so that the batteries can initiate the emergency lighting at any time
